Private Group Pilates & Sculpt Classes Host a fun, energizing, and completely customized Pilates or Sculpt class for your next celebration, team event, or special gathering. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, corporate wellness, or just an excuse to move together. Full-Service Private Event — $300 1-hour private experience | Up to 20 participants (Studio rental included) What’s included: 50-minute private Pilates or Sculpt class Up to 20 participants All equipment provided Curated, high-energy playlist Studio rental included at one of the following locations: Bridge Healing & Arts (Farmington) FWJ (West Hartford) Bela (Avon) If you have a different venue in mind, you’re welcome to coordinate directly with that space. Instructor-Only Option — $150 Perfect if you already have a space secured. What’s included: 50-minute private Pilates or Sculpt class Instruction only (venue booked by you) Please note: Event space must be reserved and coordinated by the host Equipment must be provided by the venue (yoga mats, light weights, Pilates ball) Host is responsible for equipment setup, breakdown, and cleaning ✨ All classes are thoughtfully programmed to be accessible yet challenging, with modifications and amplifications offered so everyone feels supported.
Cancellation Policy
OUR POLICY LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE OF CLAIMS 1. Assumption of Risk I acknowledge that participation in Bela Sculpt sessions, which may include physical activity, heat exposure, and use of wellness or body-sculpting equipment, carries inherent risks. These include, but are not limited to, muscle strain, dehydration, burns, dizziness, fainting, or other injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all such risks, whether known or unknown. 2. Health Responsibility I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating. I have consulted with my physician or chosen to participate without such consultation at my own risk. 3. Release of Liability In consideration for being permitted to participate, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Bela Vida LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or connected with my participation, including those caused by the ordinary negligence of the released parties. 4. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bela Vida LLC and its representatives from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation or the participation of any minors for whom I am responsible. 5. Emergency Care I consent to emergency medical treatment if needed and accept full financial responsibility for any related expenses. 6. Binding Effect This release is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
